Unusual colured A4 size pictorial document, awarded for work carried out at the Kreigsmarine base at Wilhelmshaven in 1942, awarded in 1943 to Maschinenbauingenieur Emil Jackel for a years work, nice condition with a couple of punch holes and a little foxing.
